I purchased the Lorac 3D Liquid Lustre ($16) yesterday from Sephora. It’s a “shimmering eye makeup top coat”. I’ve used it as an eye shadow and also as a highlight on my cheekbones. I really like it. It gives a really subtle shimmer, but is buildable if you want more sparkle. I’ll be doing a full review in a few weeks! :]
